Admission to the B.Ed is held on the basis of Counseling conducted by C.R.S.U. JIND for education colleges situated in the Haryana State.

What are the minimum educational qualifications required for the admission to B.Ed course?

Educational Qualifications as per N.C.T.E admission policy for admission to the affiliated colleges of Education situated in Haryana and as per C.R.S.U. JIND rules.
Candidates possessing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree examination of a recognized university provided the applicant has offered at least two school subjects at the first degree and post graduate degree level.  There is a relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/ST candidates.

What is the criterion for opting subject combination for B.Ed course?

Admission in the B.Ed course will be subject based.  At the time of admission each candidate shall opt for two teaching subjects.  A candidate can opt for only those teaching subjects which she has student at graduation level.  Candidates who have passed additional subject at graduation level must ensure that they are opting only those teaching subjects marks of which are taken into account for the purpose of calculation the percentage of marks at graduation level.

What is the criterion for opting Social Studies as teaching subject in B.Ed Course?

Teaching of Social Studies shall be opted by the guraduates who have taken up any two of the following subjects at B.A./ M.A. level.

Can I opt for two languages as teaching subjects in B.Ed?

No, you cannot opt for two language as teaching subjects in B.Ed Course.  However the candidates who have passed Shastri Examination can opt for two subjects from Group- A
